苻纂，十六國前秦將領，略陽臨渭（今甘肅省秦安東南）氐族。苻堅時苻纂任尚書令，封為魏昌公。苻丕即位後，苻纂從長安率領三千壯士投奔，拜為太尉，封東海王，任大司馬。386年，他和左丞相王永在襄陵攻擊西燕慕容永，兵敗，被苻丕猜忌。苻丕逃奔東垣，他和弟弟尚書永平侯苻師奴率軍數萬，逃到杏城。387年，苻登命他為侍中、都督中外諸軍事、太師、大司馬，晉封魯王。率領軍隊攻打上郡羌酋，在涇陽擊敗姚碩德，後來被姚萇阻擋，退擊敷陸。苻師奴勸他稱帝，他不從，最後被殺。
