徐本（？ - 1747年），字立人，浙江錢塘人。

徐潮之子。康熙五十七年（1718年）進士，改庶吉士，授編修。雍正五年（1727年），提督貴州學政，授贊善，遷升為侍讀。雍正七年（1729年），擢拔為貴州按察使。雍正十三年五月，同大學士鄂爾泰、張廷玉等辦理苗疆事務。高宗時，官刑部尚書。乾隆九年（1744年）六月，致仕。乾隆十二年（1747年）卒，加少傅。謚文穆。
