徐招，高平郡（今寧夏固原）人，中國南北朝西魏政治人物。徐招精通律法，熟悉行政法規。歷職內外，有好的聲譽。從魏孝武帝入關中，擔任給事黃門侍郎、尚書右丞。當時朝廷播遷，典章有闕，參與制定禮儀、台閣軌儀、行政法規，受人讚譽。轉任侍中、度支尚書。西魏文帝大統初年去世。
