吳正治1618年 - 1691年，清朝大臣，字當世，號賡庵，湖廣武昌府江夏縣（今湖北省武漢市）人，籍貫南直隸徽州府休寧縣。順治六年（1649年）進士，為翰林院編修。歷任道員、按察使、工部侍郎、刑部侍郎、兵部侍郎、禮部尚書。康熙十二年（1673年），為左都御史。請求皇帝寬免在嚴禁窩藏逃人事件中父子相隱。二十一年（1682年）十月，為武英殿大學士，作為《重修清太祖實錄》《三朝聖訓》《大清會典》《大清一統志》《平定三逆方略》總裁官。二十六年（1788年）正月，吳琠休致，三十年（1788年）正月，吳琠去世，謚號文僖。
