完顏賽不（？ - 1233年），金始祖函普弟保活里的後裔，金國大將。1190年，完顏賽不出任寧化刺史。1206年，隨同僕散揆南下攻南宋，在溱水大勝宋軍。1213年，知臨洮府事。1217年，攻打信陽，次年，攻唐縣。1220年，蒙古南下，被升任樞密副使，救援河東。1224年，完顏賽不由同平章事升任右丞相。1228年，到京兆府防禦成吉思汗，1232年，完顏賽不任左丞相，隨金哀宗出逃歸德府。次年，守衛徐州，部將郭野驢獻城投降。完顏賽不跳河自殺，被救起，五日後，自縊身亡。
