李穆（510年 - 586年），中國北周、隋朝時代軍人、政治人物，字顯慶，原州平高（今寧夏固原）人，自稱隴西郡成紀縣（今甘肅省秦安縣）人。李賢的弟弟，開始隨宇文泰為親隨，很得信任。河橋之戰，宇文泰的從馬上跌落被敵軍追及，李穆把自己的馬給了宇文泰，賜姓拓跋氏。周武帝時，官至上柱國、并州總管。封申國公。尉遲迥起兵反楊堅，子李榮勸他響應尉遲迥，他沒有聽從。執拿尉遲迥的兒子尉遲誼送到長安，俘虜尉遲迥任命的潞州刺史。秘密向楊堅勸進，楊堅非常信任他。隋朝建立，以他為三師之首—太師，家中襁褓的小兒盡得儀同官。開皇六年八月戊申，李穆薨，謚號明。
