李晦（628年 - 689年），一名崇晦，字慧炬，隴西郡成紀縣人，唐朝宗室，河間元王李孝恭的次子。乾封年間，為營州都督，以治狀聞名，唐高宗以璽書勞賜。轉任右金吾將軍，檢校雍州長史，摧擿奸伏沒有留隱，屬吏畏他。高宗將到洛陽，詔李晦居守長安：「關中事一以屬公，然法令牽制，不可以成政，法令外苟可以利人者行之，毋須以聞。」故晦治有成績。武后時，為秋官尚書。去世後，追贈幽州都督。
原配鄧氏；後又娶豆盧懷讓和萬春公主之女豆盧氏。子李榮（李知言），奉吳王李恪之祀，為嗣吳王。女金城郡君，嫁賀蘭務溫。
