李存美，山西應縣人，後唐太祖李克用的第三子，後唐莊宗李存勖之弟，生母不詳。同光三年（925年）十二月廿三日辛亥，後唐莊宗李存勖詔封三弟邕王。李存美因為中風得病，半身不遂，居住在晉陽。郭從謙兵變，殺害後唐莊宗，李存美沒有被殺，但與李存禮不知所終。
