《明詩綜》，是明代詩歌總集，清代朱彞尊輯，共一百卷。《明詩綜》一書仿效元好問《中州集》「以詩系人，以人系傳」的體例，「或因詩而存其人，或因人而存其詩」，輯錄明代3337位明代詩人的作品，自洪武朝始，止於崇禎朝，重要詩人選入百首，亦有隻選一首者，特重於死於末造之臣，為補錢謙益《列朝詩集》之闕漏，凡有詩者大致網羅無遺，末卷錄民間雜歌謠辭155首。每一詩人都撰有小傳，小傳之後附錄汪森，朱端等人輯錄的諸家詩話，後面再引朱氏自撰的《靜志居詩話》作為總結。朱彞尊選詩則有不少地方疏漏誤收。另外，朱彞尊在《明詩綜》中說鐘惺、譚元春「取名一時，流毒天下，詩亡而國亦隨之亡矣」，則是肆意謾罵。謝國楨認為《明人小傳》是《明詩綜》的底本。康熙四十四年（1705年），有白蓮涇刊本，但存世不多。較通行者為乾隆六峰閣刊本。
