黎真宗（；1630年 - 1649年），名黎維祐（），別名黎維禔，越南後黎朝第十九代皇帝，1643年—1649年在位。他是黎神宗的長子。1643年，鄭梉脅迫黎神宗禪位給兒子黎維祐，是為黎真宗。1648年，鄭梉挾持黎真宗南下討伐阮主，在長育壘大敗，御林軍（鄭軍）損失慘重。此時黎真宗死去（有些人認為黎真宗之死是這場戰役所導致的），黎神宗複位。
