王宗昱，五代十國前蜀將領。前蜀高祖王建養子之一。王宗昱因有才幹和勇敢著稱，為王建賞識，屢建軍功。平定東川後，拜天雄軍節度使（治今甘肅省天水市秦安縣）、同中書門下平章事，兼侍中。咸康元年（925年）後唐攻打四川，他受命任招討使，率軍抵敵。在三泉戰役中被後唐大將康延孝打敗，全軍崩潰瓦解，歸降後唐。
