劉蕡（？ - 842年），字去華，幽州昌平縣（今北京市昌平區）人，唐朝官員、政論家。寶曆二年進士，博學而善作文，耿介嫉惡，因在「賢良方正」科舉考試時所作的一篇秉筆直書的策論而知名。最終因宦官誣害而貶為柳州司戶參軍，客死異鄉。
