35  | 十二月初二日，湖北成大吉軍在麻城潰叛，捻匪乘之，江漢以北賊氛肆擾，蔓延數百里。十三日，按視張錫嶸淮北新營，詳定長江水師營制事宜。二十五日，公子紀澤自金陵來營省視。二十八日，馳摺奏兩路捻黨全萃湖北，又有叛勇之變，檄調劉銘傳率軍援楚。又奏會議長江水師營制事宜。凡水師事宜三十條，營制二十四條。又摺奏遵旨查明河南巡撫吳昌壽、總兵張曜等被參各款。又奏遵旨密查山東巡撫閻敬銘、藩司丁寶楨被參各款。附片密奏稱：山東、河南居四戰之地，閻敬銘、吳昌壽二人，軍務均非所長，而情形各自不同，謹抄錄河南紳士原稟呈覽。是月，公批結沛縣湖團各案，將安分之唐團、趙團等六團留住徐州，通捻之王團、刁團等勒限撤歸本籍。出示曉諭土客各民安業。湖北襄樊之賊，張總愚一股回竄南陽。是歲鄭公敦謹調戶部侍郎，李公鶴年授湖北巡撫，張公樹聲授直隸臬司，均未赴任。張公所部樹字營淮勇，以其弟總兵張樹珊領之。 |
