25  | 洪武十四年十一月甲辰，太祖召吏部兵部臣，諭之曰：「三代學者無所不集習，故其成材，文武兼備。後世九流判立，士習始分。服逢掖者或不閑於武略，被介胄者或不通於經術。兼之者，其惟達材乎！三代而下，若諸葛孔明、羊祜、杜預、李靖輩，文武兼資，難概以一律。夫木直者可以中繩，曲者可以中矩。人有學問，則亦何事不可為也。今武臣子弟，朕嘗命之講學，其間豈無聰明賢智有志於學者，若概視為武人不用，則失之矣。卿等其審擇用之。」 |
