1  | 建隆至天禧每朝廷大禮，二府必進宮。天聖二年南郊，呂許公懇言之乃止。自是止加恩而已。按《國史》，太祖四郊，二府加恩而已，未嘗進宮。太宗六行大禮，惟雍熙南郊、端拱芴錚二府進秩，其四郊但加恩。真宗初郊，惟二相進秩。其後三郊，兩府始遷官爾。宋所記差誤。 |
| 4 | 乾德元年六月，命大理正奚嶼知館陶縣，常參官知縣自嶼等始也。《注》、《實錄》，建隆二年十一月，以祠部郎中王景遜為河南令，不知諸書何故乃言知縣始此，豈令與知縣不同乎？按，京朝官出為赤縣令者不復帶本官，自唐以來皆然。如建隆四年以水部員外郎李癸為浚儀令，兵部員外郎柴自牧為□□令之類。至是奚嶼始帶大理正出知館陶縣，故史臣云「常參官知縣」自嶼始也。然建隆二年六月甲寅，曹州冤句令曹陟以清幹聞，擢左拾遺，知縣事又在奚嶼之前，則「常參官知縣」不自嶼始矣。豈非陟以就任改秩之故，不得為事始，而史臣特取「常參官自京都出知外縣者」而記之耶？大抵國初之制，朝官出為縣令則解內職，朝官出為知縣則帶本官。由此言之，令與知縣不同甚明。 |
