137  | 先是帝訪宰輔以靈武事，參知政事李至上疏，以為：「靈州不可堅守，望釋李繼遷之罪，厚推賜與，降詔綏懷。」反覆言之甚切。至是繼遷遣使修貢，求備籓任，帝雖察其變詐，方在諒暗，姑務寧靜，因從其請，復賜姓名、官爵。甲辰，以銀州觀察使趙保吉為定難節度使，遣內侍右班都知張崇貴齎詔賜之。甲寅，遣張浦還。 |
