219  | 周必大，字子充，一字洪道，廬陵人。舉進士，又中博學宏辭科，除秘書省正字，兼國史院編修官。高宗見其文，奇之。孝宗即位，除起居郎，權給事中。以力排權倖忤旨，改福建路提刑。後除參知政事，遷樞密院使，拜左丞相，進少保、益國公。嘉泰四年，卒，年七十九，諡文忠，祠于學。有《文集》行世。先生純篤忠厚，能以善道其君，光、寧禪受之際，懼禍而去。其可為有立乎哉！ |
