2  | 皇妣呂氏，以大統七年六月癸丑夜生高祖於馮翊般若寺，紫氣充庭。有尼來自河東，謂皇妣曰：「此兒所從來甚異，不可於俗間處之。」尼將高祖舍於別館，躬自撫養。皇妣嘗抱高祖，忽見頭上角出，徧體鱗起。皇妣大駭，墜高祖於地。尼自外入見曰：「已驚我兒，致令晚得天下。」為人龍頷，額上有五柱入頂，目光外射，有文在手曰「王」。長上短下，沈深嚴重。初入太學，雖至親昵不敢狎也。 |
