宣宗大中元年二月，白敏中排李徳裕。實録：白敏中：令狐綯在㑹昌中，徳裕不以朋黨疑之，置之臺閣，及徳裕失勢，抵掌㦸手，同謀斥逐，而崔鉉亦以㑹昌末罷相怨徳裕。大中初，敏中復薦鉉在中書，乃令其黨人李咸者，訟徳裕輔政時陰事，罷徳裕留守，以太子少保分司東都」。按舊傳，綯以大中二年自湖州刺史入知制誥，鉉以三年自河中節度使入為相，此時未也。實録誤。
