| 68 | 三月，中書侍郎知審刑院事裴木鐸卒。先是英宗臨崩之日，謂帝曰：「木鐸歷事三朝，謙恭恪守，文質可觀，善待之，勿為人所沮。」帝因畫像藏于書府，有意大用，未及遷而卒，年六十二。 |

| 40 | 遣陳廷琛訃于明，稱睿宗巡邊溺死，且吿以帝為嗣，明人辭以畏、壓、溺有三不吊之禮。廷琛爭辨，以為占人犯順擾邊，而睿宗有禦患救民之功，何為不吊。明復遣使吊。時明帝方圖我越，欲以為釁，太師李善長諫曰：「弟死國患，而兄立其子，人事如此，天命可知事。」遂寝。廷琛自進士探花郎，歴中書侍郎兼知審刑院事、清化安撫使，遷御史中賛權監修國史。胡氏篡國，陽耳聾，為中丞同栻所劾，降同監修國史秘書監。 |
