102  | 至正元年四月十九日，杭州火災，總計燒官民房屋、公廨、寺觀一萬五千七百五十五間。六所七披民房計一萬三千一百八間，官房一千四百二十四間，六所七披寺觀一千一百三十間，功臣祠堂九十三間。被災人戶一萬七百九十七戶，大小三萬八千一百一十六口。可以自贍者，一千一十三戶，大小四千六十七口。燒死人口七十四口，每口給鈔一定，計七十四定。實合賑濟者，計九千七百八十四戶，大口二萬二千九百八十三口，每口米二斗，計米四千五百八十一石八斗；小口一萬一千六十六口，每口米一斗，計米一千一百六石六斗，總計米五千六百八十八石四斗。時江浙行省只力瓦歹平章移咨都省云：「光祿大夫江浙平章政事，切念當職，荷國榮恩，受寄方岳，德薄才微，不能宣上德意，撫茲黎民。到任之初，適值闕官獨員，署事一月有餘，政事未修，天變遽至。乃四月十九日丑寅之交，災起杭城，自東南延上西北，近二十里。官民閭舍，焚蕩迨半，遂使繁華之地鞠為蓁蕪之墟。言之痛心！孰任其咎？衰老之餘，甘就廢棄；當此重任，深愧不堪。已嘗移文告代，未蒙俞允，誠不敢久稽天罰，以塞賢路。謹守職待罪外，乞賜奏聞，早為注代，生民幸甚。」明年四月一日，又復火災。宋治平三年正月己卯，溫州火燒民屋一萬四千間，死者五千人。 |
