1  | 仁和吳西林，名穎芳。少即棄舉業，壹志讀書，致力於樂。嘗怪鄭樵《通志》之與先儒為難，於是取《六書》、《七音樂略》，一一從流而溯源。其致力則自樂始，謂律管音調，諸儒能得其說而不能習其器，俗工能習其器而不能得其說，遂以為不可究詰，乃按典籍，證眾器，成《吹豳錄》五十卷。 |
