10  | 十一月己酉朔，是日，改元重和元年十三日辛酉，以安堯臣上書，頗有可採，除承務郎。是日御批：「比縁大臣建議恢復燕雲故地，安堯臣逺方書生，既陳說厯代興衰之迹，達于朕聽，臣僚咸謂毀薄時政，首沮大事，乞重行竄殛。朕以承平日久，言路壅蔽，敢言之士，不忍置之典刑，議加爵賞，僉論未允，朕獨何私？契勘安堯臣，崇寜四年已曽許用安惇遺表恩澤奏補，因得責降，遂寢不行，今惇雖未復舊官，可特與正奉大夫遺表恩澤，令吏部檢元狀，乞次補堯臣」。尚書吏部：「恭奉御筆：比縁大臣本部尋檢到崇寜四年七月十一日，都省批送下，故特進安惇妻清河郡夫人張氏陳乞補堯臣狀，詳覆，遵依御筆施行。故追復正奉大夫惇遺表恩澤，與親姪堯臣文資。右。擬補承務郎」。惇，廣安軍人，在哲宗朝為樞宻使，主上即位之初，其子郊嘗指斥乗輿，有「不欲立上之語，後為族人所告，勅令合州根治，既得其實，郊為棄市，惇去十官，至是復正奉大夫。 |
