| 23 | 李晏 隴西進士。大定二十一年，授少中大夫，知保德軍輕車都尉。開國子食邑五百戶。賜紫金魚袋。先是軍城西南臨溝，輒修輒圮。公相視得木瓜崖，退數武，裁削壁立，築城一百七十步有奇。城中苦無水，於石渠之上累甓為洞，以便汲者。創開西門。有記。軍治北舊有擬江樓，歲久傾圮，改而新之，名曰「安西」。亦有記。政平訟理，盜賊屏息，人以古治渤海目之。 |
