2  | 初，北宋時神宗命陳繹為《拜罷圖》一卷、《樞府拜罷錄》一卷。元豐間司馬光複作《百官公卿拜罷年表》十五卷。其後曾鞏、譚世績、蔡幼學、李燾各有撰述，而不能無所闕略。自明因摭拾舊事，補其遺漏，續作此書。以宋世官制，中書、樞密為二府，俱宰輔之職。故自平章事參知政事、樞密使知樞密院事、同知簽書樞密院事，皆著其名位，而詳其除罷黜陟之由。編年系日，起建隆戊午。迄嘉定乙亥。大都本之《通鑒長編》、《系年要錄》、《乙未錄》、《東都事略》，而又旁採他書以附益之。本末賅具，最為詳核。又據宋朝《大詔令》、《玉堂制草》，備錄其鎖院制詞，更有裨於文獻。以《宋史宰輔年表》互相考校，如建隆元年趙普拜樞副，此錄在八月甲申，而《年表》在戊子。太平興國四年石熙載拜簽樞，此錄在正月庚寅，而《年表》在癸巳。太平興國八年宋琪拜參政，此錄在三月庚申，而《年表》在癸亥。雍熙三年辛仲甫拜參政，此錄在六月戊戌，而《年表》在甲辰。此類極多，亦足為讀史者考異之助。至宋世所降麻制，例載某人所行之詞，此錄間存姓名，亦可備掌故。其中如熙寧四年《陳升之起複入相制》，乃元絳之詞，載於《宋文鑒》中。以升之力辭不拜，其事未行，並其制詞不錄是也。 |
