6  | 慶歷中，元昊納款，請歲入十萬石售於縣官，諫官孫甫等言：「輦運疲勞。又並邊戶嘗言青鹽價賤而味甘，故食解鹽者少，雖刑不能禁。今若許之，則並邊蕃漢盡食羌人所販青鹽，不能禁止，解鹽利削，陜西財用屈矣。」乃不許其請。 |
| 7 | 慶歷元年冬，以淄、濰、青、齊、沂、密、徐、淮揚八州軍仍歲兇災，乃詔弛禁，聽人貿易，官收其算，而罷密、登歲課，第令戶輸租錢。其後鄆、兗皆以壤地相接，請罷食池鹽，得通海鹽，收算如淄、濰等州，許之。自是，諸州官不貯鹽，而歲應授百姓蠶鹽皆罷給，然百姓輸蠶鹽錢如故。至和中，始詔百姓輸錢以十分為率，聽減三分雲。 |
