13  | 劉鼎，字公度，徐州蕭縣人。祖泰，蕭縣令。父崇，梁太祖微時，常傭力崇家，及即位，召崇用之，歷殿中監、商州刺史。崇之母撫梁祖有恩，梁氏號為「國婆」，徐、宋之民謂崇家為「豢龍劉家」。鼎起家為大理評事，歷尚書博士、殿中侍郎史、起居郎。清泰中，自吏部員外郎出為渾州廉判，入為刑部郎中，充鹽鐵判官，改吏部郎中兼侍御史知雜事。乾祐初，拜諫議大夫，卒年五十五。鼎善交遊，能談笑。居家仁孝，事繼母趙氏甚謹，異母昆仲凡七人，撫之如一。性若寬易，而典選曹按吏有風棱，人稱為能。 |
