132  | 成都范祖禹曰：先生為人清明端潔，內直外方。其學，本於誠意正心，以聖賢之道〔一〕可以必至，勇於力行，不為空文。其在朝廷，與道行止，主於忠信，不崇虛名。其為政，視民如子，慘怛教愛，出於至誠，建利除害，所欲必得。故先生所至，民賴之如父母，去久集無久字而思之不忘。先生嘗言，縣之政可達於天下，一邑者天下之式也。 |
