72  | 六月壬子，賊王嘉胤攻陷黃甫川、清水二營。次日，陷府谷縣，復圍孤山堡；榆林道白貽清遣兵敗之，遁入府谷。洪承疇等圍之，斬獲甚眾。 |
| 95 | 九月己卯，黃甫川賊仍勾西邊入掠，洪承疇、杜文煥從孤山進擊，大破之；擒斬三百八十餘級，賊始奔潰。 |

| 101 | 先是，延綏大盜張獻忠等以五、六千人掠靖邊、安定、綏德、米脂間，攻清澗；延綏巡撫洪承疇同杜文煥擊斬八百餘級，招撫十八寨——凡千九百餘人。是月，王嘉胤陷清水營，殺游擊李顯宗；已又陷府谷。 |
| 109 | 時關中大旱，延安四郊皆盜。米脂賊張獻忠據十八寨，甫川賊王嘉胤、齊三據東山寨府谷縣，其餘掃地王、上天虎據清澗保攻寨，橫天王、隔溝飛、點燈子等據清澗縣，三里虎、倒生虎等賊據安樂寺避賊塢；後嘉胤敗死，獻忠偽降，而嘉胤遺黨王大用等復入山西河曲縣，饑民神一元等在柳樹澗諸處勾西邊出沒為盜。洪承疇與杜文煥等次第討之，賊稍稍知懼。尋楊鶴力主撫，而文煥罪去，賊勢遂蔓延矣。 |
