44  | 鮑承先，山西應州人。明萬歷間，積官至參將。泰昌元年，從總兵賀世賢、李秉誠守沈陽城，遷開原東路統領新勇營副將，城守如故。經略熊廷弼疏請獎勵諸將，承先預焉，加都督僉事銜。是歲為天命五年。太祖已克開原，乃自懿路、蒲河二路進兵向沈陽。承先偕世賢、秉誠出城，分汛駐守，見太祖兵至，皆不戰退。上令左翼兵逐承先等，迫沈陽城北，斬百餘級而去。七年三月，上克水審陽、遼陽，世賢戰死，承先退保廣寧。八年正月，克西平堡，承先從秉誠及總兵劉渠、祁秉忠等自廣寧赴援，渠、秉忠戰死，承先與秉誠敗走，全軍盡殪。巡撫王化貞棄廣寧走入關，游擊孫得功等以廣寧降。承先竄匿數日，從眾出降，仍授副將。 |
