劉蒼1世紀 - 83年，東漢東平憲王。漢光武帝之子，明帝的同母弟，建武十五年封為東平公，十七年封為東平王，都無鹽（山東東平縣)。《後漢書》稱劉蒼「少好經書，雅有智思」，永平元年明帝任命其為驃騎將軍，留京輔政，位在三公之上，後劉蒼因輔政數載「多所隆益、聲望日重」，非常不安，于是請辭歸東平。
漢章帝建初八年正月壬辰（83年3月7日）去世。三月辛卯（5月5日）下葬。
