李靈夔（625年 - 688年），唐高祖李淵第十九子，母宇文昭儀。生年不詳，從其異母兄弟李鳳和李元祥生年推斷，當生于622年至626年間。李靈夔自幼好學問，善草書、隸書，通音律，有美譽。和同母兄韓王李元嘉十分友愛。631年，封魏王。636年，改封燕王，受實封八百戶，任幽州都督。640年，徙封魯王，轉任兗州都督。649年，加增實封千戶。655年，轉任隆州刺史。歷任絳州、滑州、定州刺史，太子太師。685年，轉任邢州。688年，越王李貞起兵反對武則天，事洩，李靈夔被捕。李靈夔被流放振州，賜死。
武則天改李靈夔、李藹為虺氏，直至唐中宗復闢稱帝的神龍初年，李靈夔父子恢復生前爵位，並還復李姓。
子李詵、李藹：清河王李詵早逝；范陽王李藹，察知越王李貞必將失敗，告發李貞的陰謀而免死，任右散騎常侍，但後來還是被酷吏殺害。李藹之子李道堅嗣魯王。李道堅女嫁譙郡城父縣尉盧複。
