王敬直，唐朝太原郡祁縣（今山西省祁縣）人，王珪幼子，封南城縣男。貞觀十一年（637年），唐太宗第三女南平公主下嫁王敬直。出嫁時，王珪夫妻命令公主執行拜見公婆之禮，禮成而退。這是恢復南北朝以來，失落的古禮，唐太宗非常高興。從這開始，公主出嫁，都要行拜見公婆之禮。貞觀十七年（643年），太子李承乾謀反敗露，王敬直因為與李承乾有交往，被流放嶺南，與南平公主絕婚。
