梁玉繩（1744年 - 1792年），字曜北，號諫庵，又號清白士，浙江錢塘人，清代學者。梁詩正之孫、梁同書嗣子。早年為貢生。與盧文弨、孫志祖、張燕昌、汪中等友好，長于考訂，告訴其弟梁履繩說：「世世作書生門戶，共勉之。」遂放棄科舉事業，專心撰著《史記志疑》三十六卷，在《史記》考証上成績為最大，錢大昕稱其書為「龍門功臣」。另有《瞥記》七卷、《呂子校補》二卷、《元號略》四卷、《志銘廣例》二卷、《蛻稿》四卷等。
