劉安節（？ - 1116年），字元承，永嘉人，北宋文人、官員。生年不詳。少年寓居楓林東郊獅溪，後前往洛陽師事程頤，與從弟劉安上齊名，學者稱之為「二劉」。元符三年（1100年）進士及第，初任諸暨縣主簿、河東提學使幕僚，後升監察御史。歷官起居郎、太常寺少卿。後被宦官所誣，出知饒州（今江西鄱陽），後徙宣州（今安徽宣城），饒州百姓「遮留之」，大家流淚說：「吾州自范文正公而後，始見劉公。」政和六年春天，有大疫，五月自己亦染疾，病逝宣州任上。編有《伊川語錄四》，與許景衡、周行己、戴述、趙霄、張輝等同稱「永嘉元豐九先生」。
