趙元佐965年 - 1027年，本名趙德崇，字惟吉，東京開封（今河南省開封市）人。宋朝宗室大臣，宋太宗趙光義長子，宋真宗趙恆同母兄，母為元德皇后李氏。

年少時聰明機警，身形舉止與宋太宗相似，甚得宋太宗喜愛。十三歲時，跟隨著到近郊狩獵，前方有一隻兔子，宋太宗叫趙元佐射看看，結果一發而中，契丹使節在旁邊看到，十分訝異。早年隨父親出征太原、幽州的薊地。太平興國年間，出居內東門別第，拜檢校太傅、同中書門下平章事，封衛王，赴上中書。後徙居東宮，改賜今名，加檢校太尉，進封楚王。

太平興國七年（982年），秦王趙廷美被貶至涪陵，趙元佐試圖拯救，後趙廷美死，趙元佐發瘋，並傷及旁人。雍熙二年，重陽節太宗大宴，唯獨不召他參加，于是發怒焚燒宮廷。後被廢為庶人。趙光義三子宋真宗趙恆即位後，念及兄情，恢復其爵位。天聖五年（1027年），趙元佐駕薨，贈河中、鳳翔牧，追封齊王，謚號恭憲。後改封潞王，又改魏王，宋徽宗時改封漢王。
