于翼（6世紀 - 582年），字文若，于謹之子，年十一，娶宇文泰之女平原公主，開始為員外散騎侍郎，封安平縣公，食邑一千戶。隨從宇文泰征伐有功，大統十六年，進爵安平郡公，加官大都督，宿衛禁中。周孝閔帝宇文覺建立北周，于翼擔任渭州刺史，政治寬簡，為右宮伯。與晉公宇文護同受遺詔輔佐武帝宇文邕，保定元年（561年），徙軍司馬。三年，改封常山郡公，邑二千九百戶。天和初，遷司會中大夫，增邑通前三千七百戶。天和三年（568年），周武帝迎娶突厥皇后阿史那氏，命于翼總司儀制。後改任大將軍，總領中外宿衛兵事。受權臣宇文護猜忌，轉為小司徒，加拜柱國。建德二年（573年），出任安、隨等六州五防諸軍事、安州總管，率軍隨武帝宇文邕平北齊，破南陳，歷任陝州刺史、洛懷等九州諸軍事、河陽總管、豫州總管、大司徒、幽定七州六鎮諸軍事、幽州總管。楊堅為丞相時，進位上柱國，封任國公。
隋朝開皇初年，隋文帝拜他為太尉，開皇二年五月壬戌（582年6月25日）去世，贈本官、加蒲晉懷絳邵汾六州諸軍事、蒲州刺史，謚號穆。
