王際華（1717年 - 1776年），字秋瑞，清朝政治人物。浙江錢塘縣（今屬杭州市）人。乾隆十年（1745年）一甲三名進士（探花），授翰林院編修。乾隆十三年（1748年）擢侍讀學士，在上書房行走。當時，廣東設置學政兩名，乾隆十五年（1750年），王際華與翰林院侍讀程巖分別奉旨出督肇高和廣韶學政。不久，兩職裁併，王際華因丁憂歸里。
乾隆十九年（1754年），王際華守喪結束，授官詹事，任日講起居注官。升內閣學士，歷任工、刑、兵、戶、吏各部侍郎。乾隆三十四年（1769年），任禮部尚書。乾隆三十八年（1773年），加太子少傅，調任戶部尚書。乾隆四十一年（1776年）卒於任內，贈太子太保，諡文莊。《清史稿》有傳。
