竇誕（580年 - 648年），字光大，扶風郡平陵縣（今陝西省咸陽市秦都區）人，祖籍河南郡洛陽縣（今河南省洛陽市東），中國隋朝、唐朝官員。竇抗的第三子，太穆皇后的從侄。隋朝仁壽年間，官居朝請郎。617年，被李淵召為丞相府祭酒，轉任殿中監，封安豐郡公，唐高祖李淵之女襄陽公主嫁給他為妻。跟隨李世民征討薛舉，任元帥府司馬。之後，歷任刑部尚書、太常卿。李淵年幼諸子家事交由竇誕管理。後來出任梁州都督。
627年，任右領軍大將軍、大理卿，進封莘國公。修築太廟，被賜予絹帛五百段。任殿中監時因病免職，改任宗正卿。病中與皇帝對答語無倫次，唐太宗李世民命他以光祿大夫致仕。貞觀二十二年（648年）二月病情加重，逝世于輔興里府第，享壽六十八。追贈工部尚書、荊州刺史。謚號安。
子竇孝慈、竇孝立、竇孝衝、竇孝臻、竇孝誠、竇孝果、竇孝諶、竇孝禮，竇孝諶是燕國夫人竇淑和唐玄宗之母竇德妃的父親，竇孝禮是唐德宗時著名商人竇乂的祖父。女嫁柳亨。另一女竇胡娘，乃襄陽公主之女，嫁長孫無傲，唐太宗皇后長孫氏之堂兄。
