李沆（947年 - 1004年），字太初，洺州肥鄉人，北宋名臣。太平興國五年，舉進士甲科。真宗即位後，任戶部侍郎、參知政事。咸平初年，改任中書侍郎。秉性亮直，內行修謹，時稱「聖相」。李沆政治理念保守，綽號「沒口匏」，曾說：「吾為相無他能，唯不改朝廷法制，用此以報國。」有一書生叩馬獻上書狀，批評李公的缺點：「居大位而不能康濟天下，又不引退以讓人，久妨賢路，能無愧乎？」李沆表示自己想退休「奈上未允，不敢去也。」文學上，以繼承韓愈、柳宗元自許，倡導古文運動。1004年7月23日，病逝，時年58歲。噩耗傳來，真宗當即痛哭說：「沆為人忠良純厚，始終如一，豈意不享遐壽。」有《河東先生集》。
