蕭奉先（？ - 1122年），遼朝大臣，契丹人，天祚帝蕭元妃之兄。擔任樞密使，封蘭陵郡王。天慶四年（1114年）出河店之戰，遼軍被金朝軍隊擊敗。他怕弟弟蕭嗣先獲罪，請赦免敗潰的軍將。保大元年（1121年），他怕晉王耶律敖盧斡取代他的外甥秦王耶律定繼位，誣陷耶律余睹計劃擁立晉王。天祚帝西逃，他被手下抓住獻給金軍。途中被遼軍救回，送交給天祚帝後處死。
