李孝基？ - 619年，為唐高祖李淵之從父弟，父李璋（李淵四叔），永安壯王。武德元年（618年），封永安郡王，歷任陝州總管、鴻臚卿，因罪奪官。武德二年，劉武周入侵太原，夏縣人呂崇茂呼應。李孝基為行軍總管統帥工部尚書獨孤懷恩、內史侍郎唐儉、陝州總管于筠攻打。後來尉遲敬德至，與呂崇茂夾擊，唐軍大敗。李孝基及于筠等都被俘虜，密謀亡歸，為劉武周軍所害。唐高祖為其發哀，優賜其家。晉陽平定，沒有找到尸體，招魂以葬，贈左衛大將軍及謚號壯。李孝基無子，「以從兄韶子道立為嗣」。
