瞎氈，北宋時期吐蕃唃廝囉國的第一代首領唃廝囉長子。瞎氈的母親是宗哥首領李立遵的女兒。李立遵死後，其母出家為尼，遷居廓州（今青海省化隆縣西）。他和弟弟磨氈角帶著母親，投奔宗哥族。後來住在龕谷（今甘肅省榆中縣），向宋朝進貢，擔任澄州團練使，其子木征。
