馬防（？ - 101年），東漢初期大臣。字江平，東漢扶風郡茂陵縣（今陝西省興平市東北）人，為馬援次子。永平十二年（69年）馬防為黃門侍郎，漢章帝繼位，為中郎將。建初二年（77年），為車騎將軍，攻打金城郡、隴西郡諸羌。封潁陽侯，位在九卿之上。因為妹妹是太后，兄弟貴盛，刺史、太守、縣令多出于馬家。他牧馬厚斂羌人，被漢章帝禁止。建初八年（83年），他侄子馬豫謗政事，被參奏馬氏兄弟奢侈逾制，全部免官就國。他被封為翟鄉侯，到丹陽（今江蘇省鎮江市丹徒區）赴任。嫌江南潮濕，上書乞求回鄉。永元十三年（101年）馬防去世。其子翟鄉侯馬鉅。
