秦翰（952年 - 1015年），字仲文，真定府獲鹿縣（今河北省正定縣）人，北宋初期宦官、將領。13歲作為黃門，和契丹作戰以善戰著稱。為瀛洲駐泊，鎮州、定州、高陽關三路排陣都監。追斬契丹人數萬，為川峽詔安巡檢使，鎮壓王均。回朝為內園使。出為鎮州、定州、高陽關前陣鈐轄，擊敗契丹軍二萬，俘虜大將十五人。深擊康奴族，襲殺章埋軍主。澶淵之戰，他負責管勾大陣。契丹請和，他留守澶州。回京，加宮苑使、入內都知。從宋真宗祀汾陰、亳州，在內庭暴卒，年六十四歲。前後戰鬥，身受四十九傷。得眾心。
