陳壽祺（1771年 - 1834年），字恭甫，號左海，晚號隱屏山人，福建侯官人。生于清高宗乾隆三十六年，世代務農，父陳鶴書是貢生。陳壽祺五歲開始讀書，「不飲，不弈，樗蒲不入座，惟手不釋卷」，對今文《尚書》、三家《詩》用功尤深。嘉慶四年（1799年）進士，改庶吉士，「京城十年，恬然寡交遊，惟日以討論經義為事。」。道光九年(1829年)，福建通志局重修《福建通志》，聘壽祺總纂《福建通志》。晚年主講於泉州清源書院、鰲峰書院。藏書10萬卷，藏書樓名「小館」，扃鑰甚嚴，書不外借。卒于宣宗道光十四年，年六十四歲。其孫陳培業曾在福州衣錦坊口縹緗館設書肆，公開售賣小嫏環館的藏書，部分被郭柏蒼和楊浚所收。著有《左海文集》十卷，《左海駢體文》三卷，《絳趺堂詩集》六卷等。有子陳喬樅。
