曹虎（430年代 - 499年）《南史》作曹武，中國劉宋、南齊時代軍人、政治人物，字士威，下邳郡（今江蘇省睢寧縣）人。本名虎頭，齊武帝為他改名曹虎。宋明帝時隨蕭道成平定桂陽王劉休范的謀反，以勇猛著稱，歷任寧朔將軍、東莞郡太守。齊武帝時，討伐桓天生，攻取平氏城。又奉詔殺死雍州刺史王奐，歷任梁州、南秦州刺史。蕭昭業在位時，他擔任雍州刺史，守衛襄陽，多次擊敗北魏南侵。年老好收受賄賂，在雍州得到現錢五千萬，被皇帝蕭寶卷殺死。齊和帝即位，追贈安北將軍、徐州刺史。
