趙彥逾（1130年 - 1207年），字德老，四明人。建炎四年（1130年）出生。紹興三十年（1160年）進士，知秀州。累遷太府少卿，以資政殿大學士出知慶元府，築趙大資「重樓」，中層藏書三萬卷。官至工部尚書。
宋光宗紹熙五年（1194年），由於皇后李鳳娘剽悍，使光宗與其父宋孝宗不睦，且光宗生病，不能主持孝宗喪禮，趙汝愚聯合韓侂胄、趙彥逾、葉適、徐誼、郭杲等大臣不滿光宗與李鳳娘，在獲得隆慈太皇太后支持下，強迫光宗禪位予其子寧宗，史稱紹熙禪位。
慶元黨禁時，與趙汝愚反目，「遂與侂胄合」。晚年提舉萬壽觀兼侍讀，進觀文殿學士。開禧三年（1207）卒，年七十八。
