趙時春（1509年 - 1567年），字景仁，號浚谷，甘肅平涼人。明朝官員、文學家，「嘉靖八才子」之一。其父曾對親友說：「此兒有異」。嘉靖元年（1522年）中舉人，嘉靖五年（1526年）中進士，選翰林院庶吉士，六年十一月授刑部河南司主事，調兵部武庫司主事。寫《上崇治本疏》以進，被罷黜為民。三十歲時再起用為翰林院編修，歷官司經局校書，嘉靖十九年十二月二十六日，同羅洪先、唐順之聯名上疏，請太子于翌年正旦臨文華殿受群臣朝賀，被嘉靖帝黜為庶民。後韃靼犯京師，再次起用為兵部職方司主事，升按察使司僉事，歷山東按察司副使，三十一年十二月升都察院右僉都御史、巡撫山西。韃靼進犯神池（今山西省西北部），明軍在大蟲嶺中伏，總兵李淶戰死，全軍覆沒，時春僅以身免。三十二年十一月被革職閑住。晚年編纂《平涼府志》13卷。
隆慶元年十二月卒，年五十九。
