木金父（？ - ？），子姓，孔氏，名木，字金父，中國春秋時期政治人物，宋國司馬孔父嘉的兒子。孔父嘉妻子貌美，被華督覬覦。華督發動政變，殺害宋殤公和孔父嘉。木金父為避難逃到魯國的鄒邑，從此木金父以父親的字為孔氏，在鄒邑定居，成了魯國人，作為魯國的大夫。木金父也就是孔子的五世祖。清朝雍正元年（1723年），清世宗雍正帝追封木金父為肇聖王。
